Bookings

Stays are booked through our booking system, which shows the price, house rules and cancellation policy before you pay. Those booking terms apply to your stay.

Wine

Our remaining wine is sold through our Square online shop. We don’t sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18, and by ordering you confirm you are 18 or over. Under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW) it is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to a person under 18.

The text, photographs and logos on this site belong to Broke Estate Pty Ltd or the people who took them. Please ask before reusing them; we usually say yes.

Accuracy

We keep the site up to date, but things on a farm change. Opening hours and details for places in the region are a guide only; check with them before you go. Links to other sites are for convenience and we aren’t responsible for their content.
